Santa is Real

showdngnomes1

All those saying there is no Santa are just plain wrong and deserve a scolding. There is this notion that Santa is made up. They are also those same individuals that don’t believe in gnomes either.

I contend those denying there is a Santa must be in cahoots with the big toy manufacturers. After all, the toy companies don’t want kids getting toys for free. What would happen to all that joy (profit) if toys were free?

theshowdownNASA shows us proof that Santa flies the skies pulled by his trusty reindeer each Christmas. What better proof! And the North Pole? How many of you would brave the snow to visit the North Pole to see for yourself?  It’s mighty cold up there.

I know, there are “Santas” everywhere at this time of year, but each are working for Santa. They are all making a Merry Christmas filled with magic, joy, happiness and most of all…hope for a new year for kids big and small the world over.

The two images are paintings I did for posts on GWGT.

Happy Holidays and see you on my return!

  1. Wonderful images! They’re realistic and so charming!

  2. My Heartsong says:

Ha Ha, I love this. Have a great time with family and friends.

  3. David says:

    Very nice work.

  4. I can’t tell you how happy I am to hear that. It seems that there are some [CNN] who wish to convince us of the opposite! 😉

  5. Emily Scott says:

They’re so real looking I thought they were photos. Of course, we only have your word for it that they’re not photos – Santa and the elves will be too busy right now for us to ask.

  6. Thanks for bringing a little bit of fun to the Christmas holiday.

  7. I believe and always will Donna! Loved this!

I think we all need a bit of fantasy in our lives. Santa may not be a real individual, but the sentiments he represents (joy, love, giving, peace, etc.) are real and worth having in our hearts.
